SUMMARY:2025 North Carolina Thoracic Society Biennial Interstitial Lung Diseases Conference
DESCRIPTION:2025 North Carolina Thoracic Society Biennial Interstitial Lung Diseases Conference\nThis is the second specialty educational conference on ILDs by the North Carolina Thoracic Society. This meeting is a collaboration with the Cone LeBauer Health Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation Center\, is hosted by Murali Ramaswamy\, MD and Praveen Mannam\, MD\, and involves five Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation Centers in NC and Va. Faculty will address the spectrum of interstitial lung diseases including early treatment\, mechanisms of disease\, therapies\, exacerbations\, ILD mortality in NC\, and a particular emphasis on autoimmune ILDs. We provide high quality educational programs that benefit lung health professionals\, their patients\, research and public health efforts. Importantly\, we serve as a society that provides a mechanism for lung health professionals to meet\, learn\, and collaborate with their peers in North Carolina.
